Ide o permanentn\u00e9 zna\u010denie, tak\u017ee omyl je nepr\u00edpustn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Laserov\u00e9 zna\u010denie je mo\u017en\u00e9 pou\u017ei\u0165 ako v stacion\u00e1rnom tak aj v kontinu\u00e1lnom re\u017eime. V stacion\u00e1rnom re\u017eime je zna\u010denie pomal\u0161ie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Najroz\u0161\u00edrenej\u0161\u00edm typom zna\u010denia je <strong>CO2\u00a0Laser<\/strong>. Je prakticky pou\u017eite\u013en\u00fd na v\u0161etky druhy materi\u00e1lov:\u00a0Drevo\u00a0Plasty\u00a0Keramika\u00a0Tkaniny\u00a0\u017dula\u00a0Sklo\u00a0Papier\u00a0Kart\u00f3ny\u00a0Farben\u00e9 povrchy\u00a0Eloxovan\u00fd hlin\u00edk. Tento typ laseru by sme mohli charakterizova\u0165 ako grav\u00edrovac\u00ed.\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\">CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0laser generuje\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\">infra\u010derven\u00e9 zariadenie\u00a0<\/span>nieko\u013ek\u00fdch\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\">vlnov\u00fdch d\u013a\u017eok\u00a0<\/span>(naj\u010dastej\u0161ie s\u00fa ud\u00e1van\u00e9 9,4 a 10,6\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00b5m<\/span>), ktor\u00e9 je mo\u017en\u00e9 oddeli\u0165\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\">optick\u00fdm hranolom. \u017divostnos\u0165 trubice je cca. 60000 prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch hod\u00edn.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u010eal\u0161\u00edm typom laseru je <strong>YAG Laser<\/strong>.\u00a0YAG laser\u00a0je v dne\u0161nej dobe najpou\u017e\u00edvan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed typ pevnol\u00e1tkov\u00e9ho\u00a0laseru.\u00a0Typick\u00e1\u00a0vlnov\u00e1 d\u013a\u017eka zariadenie\u00a0YAG laseru je 1064,1\u00a0nm. S men\u0161ou\u00a0\u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165ou\u00a0v\u0161ak m\u00f4\u017ee emitovat i zariadenie o vlnov\u00fdch d\u013a\u017ekach 940, 1120, 1320 a 1440\u00a0nm. N\u00e1sledne l\u00fa\u010d prech\u00e1dza r\u00f4znymi optick\u00fdmi komponentami kde sa upravuj\u00fa jeho vlastnosti &#8211; vychy\u013eovan\u00e9 zrkadlami a upraven\u00e9 \u0161o\u0161ovkami.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pri v\u00fdbere technol\u00f3gie je dobr\u00e9 vedie\u0165 nieko\u013eko parametrov:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Zna\u010den\u00fd materi\u00e1l je ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd pri v\u00fdbere laserov\u00e9ho zna\u010denia.<\/p>\n<div>2. Pri laserovom zna\u010den\u00ed &#8211; p\u00e1len\u00ed vznikaj\u00fa nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 plyny, ktor\u00e9 je potrebn\u00e9 ods\u00e1va\u0165. Ods\u00e1vanie je povinn\u00e9.<\/div>\n<div>3. V okol\u00ed styku laserov\u00e9ho l\u00fa\u010da a materi\u00e1lu vznik\u00e1 p\u00e1lieci efekt. Preto je potrebn\u00e9 zabezpe\u010di\u0165 aby sa laserov\u00fd l\u00fa\u010d neodrazil tam kam by sa nemal. Bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 je prvorad\u00e1.<\/div>\n<div>4. Ak pou\u017eijeme Vl\u00e1knov\u00fd laser na zna\u010denie plastu a plast obsahuje dostato\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estvo uhl\u00edka alebo striebra alebo zinku, tak plast zmen\u00ed v mieste zna\u010denia svoju farbu &#8211; bled\u00fd stmavne, tmav\u00fd zbledne&#8230;<\/div>\n<div>5. CO2 laser je menej n\u00e1chyln\u00fd na ohniskov\u00fa vzdialenos\u0165, vl\u00e1knov\u00fd je citlivej\u0161\u00ed na zmenu ohniskovej vzdialenosti.<\/div>\n<div>7. Pri v\u00fdbere, si mus\u00edme uvedomi\u0165 ak\u00fa ve\u013ek\u00fa plochu budeme ozna\u010dova\u0165 &#8211; pod\u013ea toho sa vyber\u00e1 v\u00fdkon lasera (ud\u00e1va sa vo W) a pou\u017eit\u00e1 \u0161o\u0161ovka.
