N\u00e1sledne za \u0148ou nasleduje \u010fal\u0161ia a \u010fal\u0161ia kvap\u00f4\u010dka, ktor\u00e9 sa umiest\u0148uj\u00fa pod\u013ea vopred definovanej \u0161abl\u00f3ny (p\u00edsmeno). Pokia\u013e kvap\u00f4\u010dka nedosiahne po\u017eadovan\u00fdch parametrov, je vr\u00e1ten\u00e1 sp\u00e4\u0165 do syst\u00e9mu cez gutter.<\/div>\n<div>R\u00fdchlos\u0165 kvap\u00f4\u010dky je dan\u00e1 fyzik\u00e1lnymi z\u00e1konmi, tak\u017ee v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti je CIJ technol\u00f3gia na hranici r\u00fdchlosti zna\u010denia.<\/div>\n<div>\u010co znamen\u00e1 r\u00fdchlos\u0165 zna\u010denia do r\u00fdchlosti okolo 6 m\/s<\/div>\n<div>Ak niekto tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee zna\u010d\u00ed r\u00fdclej\u0161ie &#8211; \u00e1no je to mo\u017en\u00e9, ale m\u00e1 v jednej tla\u010dovej hlave umiestnen\u00e9 2 trysky a oni p\u00ed\u0161u striedavo &#8211; \u010di\u017ee dva syst\u00e9my, jedna hlava.<\/div>\n<div>Poskytuj\u00fa \u0161irok\u00fa \u0161k\u00e1lu atramentov &#8211; od potravin\u00e1rskych a\u017e po r\u00fdchloschn\u00face, farebn\u00e9-pigmentov\u00e9, UV-atrament<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Pri v\u00fdbere technol\u00f3gie je dobr\u00e9 vedie\u0165 nieko\u013eko parametrov:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>1. R\u00fdchlos\u0165 dopravn\u00edka, ev. akou r\u00fdchlos\u0165ou sa pohybuje predmet zna\u010denia.<\/div>\n<div>2. Po\u010det riadkov a font p\u00edsma ak\u00fd sa m\u00e1 pou\u017ei\u0165. \u00a0(niektor\u00e9 CIJ technol\u00f3gie disponuj\u00fa r\u00fdchlym ale &#8222;\u0161kared\u00fdm&#8220; rastrom, alebo pomyl\u0161\u00edm ale &#8222;kraj\u0161\u00edm&#8220; rastrom).<\/div>\n<div>3. Ak\u00fd je podklad? Plast, kov, tmav\u00fd, bled\u00fd, such\u00fd, mokr\u00fd&#8230;<\/div>\n<div>4. Dopravn\u00edk ide kon\u0161tantnou r\u00fdchlos\u0165ou? Ak nie, tak je potrebn\u00fd enkod\u00e9r, ktor\u00fd zabezpe\u010d\u00ed pri kol\u00edsan\u00ed r\u00fdchlosti bezchybn\u00fa tla\u010d.<\/div>\n<div>5. Je dostato\u010dn\u00fd priestor a \u010das na dokonal\u00e9 zaschnutie atramentu? Fast Dry atrament zasych\u00e1 do 1 sec., pri r\u00fdchlosti zna\u010denia 6m\/s, je ide\u00e1lne ak od miesta zna\u010denia po miesto balenia je aspo\u0148 10 metrov&#8230;<\/div>\n<div>6. Predmet zna\u010denia, nem\u00e1 v sebe statick\u00fd n\u00e1boj? Ak ano, je potrebn\u00e9 sa ho zbavi\u0165, nako\u013eko kvap\u00f4\u010dka je \u013eahk\u00e1 a m\u00f4\u017ee sa pri tej r\u00fdchlosti vych\u00fdli\u0165&#8230; potom je tla\u010d tak\u00e1 zliata a nepresn\u00e1 &#8211; hovor\u00edme o \u0161karedom p\u00edsme&#8230; (hlavne ke\u010f sa popisuje f\u00f3lia).<\/div>\n<div>7. Okolit\u00e9 prostredie &#8211; pra\u0161nos\u0165, vlhkos\u0165, teplota&#8230;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>\u010co je dobr\u00e9 vedie\u0165?<a href=\"http:\/\/www.vaseznacenie.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/CIJprincip.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-97\" src=\"http:\/\/www.vaseznacenie.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/CIJprincip-300x225.gif\" alt=\"CIJ Princ\u00edp\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. <strong><a title=\"Spotreba\" href=\"http:\/\/www.vaseznacenie.eu\/?page_id=57\">Spotreba<\/a> atramentu<\/strong> je nepriamo\u00famern\u00e1 spotrebe riedidla. Atrament sa m\u00ed\u0148a len ak sa zna\u010d\u00ed. Zna\u010denie prebieha aj s prest\u00e1vkami, t.j. medzi jednotliv\u00fdmi produktami s\u00fa prest\u00e1vky ke\u010f sa nezna\u010d\u00ed ale do gutteru sa atrament nas\u00e1va. Po\u010das tohoto procesu sa aj \u010das\u0165 riedidla prirodzene odparuje. Preto je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm \u00fadajom od v\u00fdrobcu spotreba riedidla ud\u00e1van\u00e1 na jednu hodinu prev\u00e1dzky. Ka\u017ed\u00fd v\u00fdrobca tento parameter ud\u00e1va pri optim\u00e1lnej teplote 18-19 C, lebo vtedy je najni\u017e\u0161ia. \u010co v praxi znamen\u00e1 medzi 5-8 ml. na jednu hodinu prev\u00e1dzky. Samozrejme s\u00fa aj ni\u017e\u0161ie meran\u00e9 hodnoty a to napr. 2,5 &#8211; 3 ml. ale tie s\u00fa dosahovan\u00e9 doplnkovou technol\u00f3giou, ako napr. chladenie hlavy na po\u017eadovan\u00fa teplotu. Riedidlo je dod\u00e1van\u00e9 v 0,5 &#8211; 1 litrov\u00fdch baleniach, tak\u017ee nie je \u017eiadnym tajomstvom, ak z\u00e1kazn\u00edk dolieva riedidlo (0,5l bal.) ka\u017ed\u00fdch 3-5 dn\u00ed pri 24 hodinovej prev\u00e1dzke.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. <strong>Spotreba riedidla<\/strong> sa zvy\u0161uje aj \u010dast\u00fdm zap\u00ednan\u00edm a vyp\u00ednan\u00edm techn. zariadenia. Nako\u013eko pri vypnut\u00ed doch\u00e1dza k \u010distiacemu procesu, v\u0161etky trubky sa prepl\u00e1chnu riedidlom, ktor\u00e9 je n\u00e1sledne odv\u00e1dzan\u00e9 do atramentovej n\u00e1doby. Ak by sme tento proces opakovali za sebou viackr\u00e1t, atrament by sme ve\u013emi nariedili a museli by sme ho necha\u0165 najprv vyprcha\u0165 &#8211; t\u00fdm by sme ho zahustili. Niektor\u00e9 zariadenia nepou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa automatick\u00fd preplachov\u00fd syst\u00e9m, ale uzatvoria trysku. Na jej konci sa vytvor\u00ed guli\u010dka atramentu a t\u00fdm sa pr\u00edvod akoby zakonzervoval.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">3.\u00a0<strong>Rozl\u00ed\u0161enie<\/strong> tla\u010de sa pohybuje v max. 80-90 DPi. V\u00fd\u0161ka tla\u010de v piatich riadkoch 32 bodov je 12 &#8211; 15 mm.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Potla\u010d je vhodn\u00e1 na v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu povrchov, bez ak\u00fdchko\u013evek z\u00e1sahov do \u0161trukt\u00fary materi\u00e1lu.
